Our Senior Pastors

Rick and Joann McFarland - PastorRick.rrc@gmail.com

Rick is a dedicated lifelong learner with degrees in Marketing from Oklahoma State University and Biblical Studies from various institutions. He has served in pastoral roles and as an educator, including at Charis Bible College. Rick and Joann, who met at Grace Church in Tulsa, have been happily married since 2001, raising pets together. Joann, with degrees in Psychology and Counseling, has also been involved in ministry alongside Rick and now leads the Ladies’ Ministry at River Rock Church while working for Andrew Wommack Ministries.

Our Executive Pastor

Joe Keim has a heart for ministry and has served in many areas of church life, including Life Groups, Men’s Fellowship, and Children’s Church. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management and certifications in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma.

Joe served ten years in the U.S. Navy as a Flight Engineer and Combat Aircrew Leader on P-3 Orions, followed by a successful career as a Defense Contractor supporting various Operations, Program, and Project Management roles. A graduate of Charis Bible College, Joe also completed the third-year Business School program. Most recently, he served at Andrew Wommack Ministries as the Director of the Project Management Office, where he combined his leadership experience with his passion for excellence in ministry.

Pastoral Care

Philips and Sheeba Varghese pastoralcare.rrc@gmail.com

Philips, born into a Christian family in India, found his faith in college and served his church as a treasurer and deacon. With a background in civil engineering and aviation, including over 20 years as an air traffic controller, he also studied financial advising. Immigrating to the U.S. in 2013, he joined River Rock Church in 2016, completing leadership training at Charis Bible College and earning a diploma in Chaplaincy. Before becoming Pastoral Care Director, he worked as a chaplain with Solaris Healthcare. Married for over 29 years to Sheeba, they serve alongside their daughter, Joyce, at River Rock Church.

Our Worship Pastor

Joyce, originally from Mumbai, India, developed a passion for worship at a young age. After immigrating to Michigan in 2013 and then moving to Colorado for Charis Bible College in 2015, her family began attending River Rock Church in 2016, where she joined the worship team and served for many years. Joyce aims to lead congregants in genuine worship, prioritizing authenticity and unity within her team.

Our Youth Pastors

Jon and Jacqulyn Hay awakenusyouth.rrc@gmail.com

In 2016, Jon graduated from Charis Business School while Jacqulyn completed Charis Ministry School. Inspired by her ministry education, Jacqulyn founded Awaken Us Youth at River Rock Church, with Jon joining her in service. They later married in Spring 2017. Jacqulyn's early salvation and close relationship with God shielded her from much worldly pain, igniting a passion to share God's love. Jon, having faced trials, returned to God with fervor, now demonstrating God's love and grace to the youth they serve. Together, they cherish family time, play with their daughter, and enjoy nature exploration.

Our Children’s Pastors

Ginger and Joe Pillitteri, married since 1999, are deeply dedicated to serving children. Leading the Children’s Ministry at River Rock Church, they bring passion and joy, imparting a strong understanding of the Word of God from an early age. Based in Colorado Springs with their two daughters, they also run SpED Advisors, supporting families with children with special needs, and Special Needs Tutors, offering live virtual tutoring services.
